I love baking.
I enjoy watching simple things turn into something meaningful and complex by the work of my hands, I love watching cakes and muffins rise in the oven. I love icing cupcakes. Most of all, I love eating what I make!
I was given a very large zucchini yesterday, courtesy of a co-worker with a farm connection. With it I decided to make zucchini honey cakes. The recipe came courtesy of the Suburban Yogini.
