Introductions:My name is Katherine. I am 22 and live in the vibrant city of Montreal.
Why I Write:
I started writing this blog mostly as an exercise in keeping myself enthusiastic about life and to remind myself (and everyone else for that matter) that life can be fantastic if you make it so.
What I Do:
I have multiple purposes in life, which is great! On the one hand I'm a student entering my first year at University. On the other hand I'm an Architectural Technologist, working at an Architecture firm. What can I say? It keeps me busy.
For the Sake of Amusement:
If I named all my hobbies and interests we would be here all day, so let us keep this simple. I draw, I'm a photographer, I try and paint from time to time. I write when the mood strikes me and if you know me in person, I love to talk. I read like books are going out of style and I sing in the shower.
I love to dip my feet into everything, and when I like it I tend to jump in. I'm currently soaking in cycling, knitting, soccer and belly dancing. I also partake in a bit of yoga when I need to de-stress and bend a little.
I have a habit of trying to make people laugh. I may or may not be funny.
For Reference:
I mention certain people often enough so you might as well be introduced to my supporting cast. It will grow.
The Handsome Lad:Otherwise and often referred to as The Lad; he is my partner in crime as well as in life. He is also a student at University and when not embedded in the pages of a book he is adventuring through life with me. Most often found in a state of exasperation concerning my antics.
The City (or Home City): My beloved Montreal. I'm not weird enough to call it my Mother Ship and have people find it amusing.
